This Privacy Policy describes the types of information about you that we (Piri Red) collect, record, and use through our website, mobile applications, email, text, and other electronic communications between you and Piri Red. 

Piri Red (“our shop” or “we”, “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through Piri Red’s compliance with this policy. 

This Privacy Policy (our “Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or use our website located here (our “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

We will process Your Data as necessary for our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests are to facilitate communication between Piri Red and you, detect and correct bugs, safeguard our IT infrastructure and intellectual property, detect and prevent fraud and other financial crime, promote and market our business, check your credit and perform risk assessments, manage assets and business, develop our product and services, and deliver services to you.

We collect different types of information about you, including;

“Personal Information”. The information that is provided at your consent through forms on our site which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, billing address, e-mail address, home, work, and mobile telephone numbers, date of birth, credit or debit card number (for payment purposes only), details of purchases through our Services and of the fulfilment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information through our Services before placing an order. 

We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Services, records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses).

Third-party social media platforms have their own privacy policies, and you may be permitting them to use your data in ways we would not.

6. Automated Data Collection and Applications of Collected Data

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your browser patterns and equipment, as described above.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include: 

  • A Cookie (or browser cookie) is a small file or piece of data sent from a website and stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device. On your computer, you may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate settings on your browser, and you may have similar capabilities on your mobile device in terms of the preferences of your operating system or browser.   • Web beacons, Tags, and Pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site. 
  • Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to collect certain information relating to your use of our Website. Google Analytics uses custom “cookies”. We may also use Google Analytics Advertising Features or other advertising networks to provide you with interest-based advertising based on your online activity. Cookies and other modules, such as beacons, are widely used in internet applications. Google is also interested in collecting all the similar data mentioned above through a wide array of applications.  You may receive some personalised ads and newsletters through the refined data you have allowed to be collected. Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser or operating to refuse all or some cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Promotional Offers from websites. All promotional e-mails come with an unsubscribe link, for the recipient to simply stop receiving further e-mails.

If you do not wish to have your email address used by Piri Red for information about our promotions and sales, you can unsubscribe through the link at the bottom of any email or other marketing communications you receive from us, or simply can contact us. Note that, this opt-out does not apply to information provided to Piri Red as a result of a product purchase, or your use of our services from the unsubscribe date back.

Targeted (Behavioural) Advertising. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from respected service providers’ websites. If you choose to opt-out from targetted advertising, you will continue to see ads, provided by these third parties, not Piri Red, but they will not be based on your online activity. 7. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You have the right to access your personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us. 

We are processing your information to fulfil your purchase(s) you might be ordering from our website, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
