Thank you for choosing Piri Red. We are committed to providing you the benefits of Red Light Therapy with our selection of products at an unbeatable price tag. If you are reading this, something unfortunate has happened.

If you decide that Red Light Therapy is not your thing, or you receive a damaged or missing component, or you loved your product but it did not last for some reason, or your device was so fancy that your dog just marked it as his territory, don't worry. WE GOT YOU COVERED.

 

30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy

We offer a full refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase with no questions asked. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible;

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all components.
  • You have to provide a proof of purchase.

 

Damaged and/or Malfunctioning Products

Our products go through consecutive layers of Quality Control procedures before getting shipped. However, we are aware that damages may occur during transport. Please inspect your orders upon receipt and give them a try. All defects and damages, or missing components, that are reported on the first 3 days of receipt of the product, are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange. To be eligible;

  • You must reach us with photos and/or videos showing the damage or malfunction, in 3 days after you receive the product.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all components.
  • You have to provide a proof of purchase.

 

Warranty

Your purchase is protected by warranty, In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects or malfunctions, we will promptly replace or repair your product at no additional cost. To be eligible;

  • You must reach us with photos and/or videos showing the manufacturing damage or malfunction.
  • The item must be free from user-oriented defects and in a hygienic condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all components.
  • You have to provide a proof of purchase.

 

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase – no questions asked! Choose either a full refund or a replacement. To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us and provide your Order ID.
  • Our Customer Support team will reach out to kick off the return process.
  • Once initiated, we will send you a return label or QR code that you can use at Australia Post – free of charge.
  • Please ensure your product is in its original packaging.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

If you have purchased a bundle or more than one product, only the individual product(s) with a defect in the bundle are eligible for return and/or exchange.

Gift cards are not refundable.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days and receive proof of refund immediately. 

Please remember it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
