Not Happy with the level of service comes from this company

This unit X large red does not have 5 wavelengths - plus as the one we sent back to your office, portable red light - What you advertised on your website and what you give the customer is two difference things This is called false Advertising,
The X large red will be sent back later,

Dear Ken, Thank you for your review. We've offered a replacement for one of the products and accepted your products with a full refund when you weren't satisfied with your purchase. The near infrared frequencies are invisible to the eye, hence it looks like half the lamps are not working.
